Subscription Agreement for Diamante Strategic Consulting SRL Dialer Service

This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Diamante Strategic Consulting SRL (the “Provider”) and the end user (“Subscriber”), a verified business entity using the Provider’s dialer services for B2B call campaigns. By subscribing to and using the Provider’s services, the Subscriber agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Setup Costs

• Dialer Setup and Configuration: $775 (one-time)


• Toll-Free Number TCPA Compliance Setup: $150 per phone number (one-time)

2. Recurring Costs

• Dialer Software Subscription (5 seats): $390 per month


• Dialer Minute Credits (10,000 minutes): $175 per refill ($0.0175 per minute)


• 800-number Subscription: $15 per month per number


• SSL Certification: $20 per month

3. SMS and Voice Credit Pricing

Subscribers can purchase credits for both SMS and Voice communication. The credits will be deducted based on the type of communication used:

• SMS Pricing:




• Outbound SMS (Local and Toll-Free): $0.0113 per message


• Inbound SMS (Local and Toll-Free): $0.0113 per message




• Voice Call Pricing:




• Outbound Voice (Local Numbers): $0.0195 per minute


• Inbound Voice (Local Numbers): $0.0128 per minute


• Outbound Voice (Toll-Free Numbers): $0.0195 per minute


• Inbound Voice (Toll-Free Numbers): $0.033 per minute

4. Local and Toll-Free Phone Numbers

• Local or Toll-Free Phone Numbers Subscription: $8.50 – $15.00 per month


• Short Codes (Dedicated): $1,500 per month

5. Payment Method

All payments will be processed through PayPal. Subscribers will receive an invoice with payment instructions via email, and payments are due by the first day of each billing cycle. Payments for both initial setup costs and recurring call and SMS credits must be made through PayPal. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension.

By subscribing to and using our dialer services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Subscription Agreement.
